Solar Testing

1. Our Team's Torque Testing Excellence at CleanMax, Tamil Nadu.

Cleanmax , operating its significant 30MW power plant in Tamil Nadu, recently conducted critical torque testing on 60 tables, was carried out by expert inspector, The torque test performed entirely on January 10th, 2025.

The completion of the torque test within a single day demonstrates Cleanmax’s dedication to minimizing downtime and maximizing power output. Our expert inspector, efficient execution of the test, ensuring each of the 60 tables met stringent torque specifications.

2. CleanMax's Tight Grip: Torque Testing in Karnataka

Cleanmax’s 48MW power plant in Karnataka underwent a critical torque test to ensure its long-term stability. The inspection, focusing on 300 tables, was conducted by expert inspector. Over four days, from January 4th to 7th, 2025, each table was meticulously checked,

Ensuring all connections met stringent torque specifications. This focused effort was aimed at preventing potential structural issues and maintaining consistent energy production. This thorough inspection highlights Cleanmax’s commitment to reliable, sustainable power

3. IV Curve Testing at Kothakota Solar Site

From April 2nd to 5th 2024, the Solvix Solar team conducted IV curve testing at the Kothakota solar site. This testing is a crucial part of ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of solar power systems.

The Solvix Solar team meticulously tested each solar panel at the Kothakota site, collecting valuable data on their performance. The results of the testing will be used to optimize the system’s configuration and ensure that it operates at peak efficiency.

4. Visit to Aditya Birla Renewals for EL and Flash Testing

From January 31st to February 16th, the Solvix Solar team embarked on a crucial mission: rigorous solar site testing for Aditya Birla’s burgeoning solar plant infrastructure. Utilizing specialized mobile van, they travelled diverse locations, including Pipardi, Patan, Kumbhana, Rojasar, Malotra, Kachchh, Bodaki, Amreli, ensuring the integrity and performance of the installed solar modules. The focus was on meticulous Electroluminescence (EL) and flash testing, crucial for identifying defects and assessing the power output of each panel. EL testing, in particular, illuminated hidden cracks and imperfections invisible to the naked eye, while flash testing accurately measured the modules’ power generation under simulated sunlight conditions.

The mobile van, a self-contained laboratory , allowed for on-site analysis, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. In the varied terrains of Pipardi and Amreli, the Solvix team meticulously documented each panel’s performance, providing Aditya Birla with invaluable data for optimizing plant efficiency and longevity.
